CRAWFISH Akasaka Systems (English)

There is no NORUMA at Crawfish. NO band is obligated to pay upfront to use our venue; however, we are a beautiful live space in a very convenient (and costly) location. There are some expectations from bands and organizers.

 

Systems:

1)    Music Charge System*

The most common choice of bands is the music charge system. Door entry is set t 2000 (excluding drink). Minimum of 26 people in attendance (excluding band members and supporters), once met 50% of the door take is paid to the band.

Example:

20 customers = 0 paid

30 customers = 30,000 paid

If you wish to offer a drink tickets, first drink tickets are discounted to 500 yen, therefore the cost is 2500 and the bands are paid back 1000 per person (once the minimum is met). Drink Tickets purchased at the door are good for ebisu draft, corona, Heineken, basic cocktails, wine, and spirits.

 

At the music charge system, Crawfish gives 2 service drink tickets per band member  (in the case of rock gfestivalsh or having more than 15 members, the total drink tickets disbursed is limited to 30).  Food is half price.

 

2)    Hall Rental System*

For bands that want to set their own price for tickets, hold a special kind of event, or otherwise manage their attendees, we offer the hall rental system. Hall rental is 50,000/5 hours. This is for the rental of the space. Drinks and Food are sold separately. Special plans for services can be discussed.

 

3)    Party Plans*

Party plans start from 4000/person and included all-you-can drink (excluding Guinness) with food (typically 6-8 items ? pizza, pasta, salad, fry ? gen. requests accepted, vegetarian available). Crawfish accepts groups of 4+. To do a live party and book the entire space requires a minimum commitment of 30 people.

 

SPECIAL NO CHARGE NIGHTS* ? No CHARGE events are a special agreement based on proven attendance and revenue. In the case of NO CHARGE events bands and organizers will not be paid. A tip based on revenue milestones may be offered. Return bookings, please discuss with Carol.

 

*Bookings cancelled within 1 month of date will be charged 30,000 penalty
